Financial Services - Associate/Senior Associate
One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated mid-level associate with 2 to 7 years of transactional experience to join their nationally recognized Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions, and will be eager to work on sophisticated, market-leading deals for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions in complex leveraged finance transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation, including credit agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements.
Advise clients on all aspects of syndicated loan structures and related financial arrangements.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to support multi-faceted corporate transactions.
Manage multiple deal teams and oversee junior associates on transaction-related tasks.
Qualifications:
2 to 7 years of experience in a transactional practice at a law firm, with a focus on finance or banking.
Demonstrated working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance structures.
Strong academic credentials from a top law school.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
