What You'll Do:
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft, argue, and respond to motions in commercial litigation cases
- Take and defend depositions in commercial litigation matters
- Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members and work independently
What We're Looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial/business litigation
- Strong academic credentials
- Must be admitted in CA
