What You'll Do:
- Oversee cases from inception through resolution, including preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs, and representing clients in court or mediation
- Conduct thorough legal research on employment law issues, analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to employment-related claims and liability matters.
- Provide clients with updates on relevant legal developments and advising them on compliance with employment laws to mitigate risks.
