A top and trending Managing General Agency based out of New York City is looking for talented attorneys with expertise in New York Labor Law to join their firm and assist on the oversight of claims related to the firm's construction program. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage New York Labor Law claims & provide legal counsel and strategic advice on labor law cases
- Collaborate with claims adjusters, external legal counsel, and clients to ensure effective handling of claims
- Directing the TPA to ensure best practices are being used relating to claims
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes in labor law regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in construction claims handling and expertise in New York Labor Law
- JD from a top Law School required
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Local to New York City Metropolitan Area
