Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial/business litigation matters, including trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, and discovery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships
- Leverage e-discovery tools and manage case files effectively
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience and active California Bar membership
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload
