Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert legal advice and clear communication throughout the life cycle of litigation.
- Lead all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeal.
- Lead the drafting and review of critical litigation documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and discovery responses.
- Act as lead counsel in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials, providing persuasive legal arguments to judges and juries.
Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Active residence and bar admission in California.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
