The Commercial Real Estate Associate Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development contracts.
- Support a diverse range of commercial real estate activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.
- Oversee all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring timely completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and responsiveness.
The Commercial Real Estate Associate Qualifications:
- 2-6 minimum YOE in Commercial Real Estate.
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Must be barred in North Carolina.
- Prior law firm experience required.
