Our client, a growing health network, is seeking a Compliance & Privacy Officer. This role would report to the CEO and work alongside the Board of Directors. This role would focus on the company's RKK health plan & focus on medi-cal membership.
Responsibilities:
- Development and Oversight: Responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing activities to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
- Communication and Training: Manages the identification, organization, and dissemination of compliance information and resources, and conducts training on compliance importance.
- Risk Management: Identifies and assesses compliance risks, and develops and implements plans to mitigate these risks and maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of corporate compliance program experience focused in Managed Health Care, Knox Keene and government programs
- Leadership experience is required
- Success in compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and monitoring programs
