A highly reputable client in Columbus is looking to hire an experienced attorney with a minimum of 4+ years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of a broad range of corporate and transactional documents, including: entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition (M&A) forms, as well as providing support on bond, underwriting, and disclosure matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, draft, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents
- Advise clients on a variety of business transactions, including M&A, corporate governance, and compliance matters
- Provide counsel on bond, underwriting, and disclosure activities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring effective communication and a high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant corporate and transactional law experience
- Public Finance experience preferred
- Juris Doctor required, Bachelor's or MBA with a Business, Finance or Economics focus is preferred
- Strong business development skills are a plus
