Larson Maddox is partnered with a VC funded SaaS company hiring a mid-level Corporate Counsel to support their growing legal team in a variety of functions. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the US and will report into the #2 Lawyer in the team, with significant visibility to the Chief Legal Officer.
The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of legal experience, with a strong preference to those coming directly from Big Law or a start up, fast paced environment.
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
- Handling a high volume of both outbound and inbound sales transactions (SaaS, licensing, partnership, etc.)
- Supporting corporate administrative work and corporate compliance
- Work to put playbooks and policies in place to help scale the legal team
- Forming relationships across the business to best integrate legal with other departments
