Responsibilities:
- Manage local legal matters (governance, employment, corporate)
- Develop legal strategies for crypto activities in APAC
- Draft and negotiate agreements (NDAs, ISDAs, vendor agreements)
- Mitigate counterparty and customer risks
- Monitor and analyze APAC laws and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams on legal frameworks
Requirements:
- Law degree with 3-6 years of PQE in financial services
- In-house experience in APAC corporate matters
- Knowledge of HK SFC and SG MAS crypto laws
- Understanding of cross-border financial product distribution
- Experience in legal policy development
- Familiarity with blockchain and digital assets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, proficient in Chinese
