A global entertainment company is looking to hire a Corporate Paralegal. This company works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to renowned performers and celebrities - helping them put on events. The ideal candidate will support the business on matters relating to entity management and corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage entity maintenance and assist on matters relating to corporate governance
- Handle international matters including issues in EMEA, MENA, APAC, LATM, and NA
- Support C-Suite executives when needed
- Keep organized records, maintain minutes, handle state and local filings, prepare government documents, manage payments, and more
- Work directly with outside IP counsel to preserve company's IP portfolio
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of Paralegal experience. Both in-house and law firm preferred
- International Entity Management
- Corporate Governance experience
- Ability to work cross functionally and support multiple teams across the business
- Exceptional organization, communication, time management, and research skills
- 5 days a week in office. Lancaster County, Pennsylvania
