I am currently partnered with an AmLaw100 firm looking to bring on a fully remote labor and employment attorney. This role will offer attorneys a great work/life balance with a reduced billable hour of 1500 hours in a fully remote environment. Candidates in this group will work closely with clients in EEOC charges and drafting position statements.
Responsibilities:
- Assess charges filed with administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state fair employment practices agencies.
- Conduct internal investigations, drafting position statements, and representing clients in agency proceedings.
- Counsel Clients with respect to various charges and minimizing legal risks.
- Stay up to date with developments with in employment law to provide the most up to date advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on handling charges filed with administrative agencies.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
