Our client, an Amlaw 200 law firm is looking for an Employment Litigator with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their team.
This role is fully remote, but must be barred in either Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Minnesota, or Washington St.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation cases, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience with a strong emphasis on litigation.
- Significant experience in a law firm setting.
- Must be a resident barred in one of the following states: Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, Georgia, or Washington
- Must be interested in pursuing a counsel path, as there is no path to shareholder within this role.
