Position: Full-Time, Work-from-Home Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: California, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Washington
Overview: We are seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of 8 years in employment litigation to join our nationally recognized team. This full-time, remote position focuses exclusively on handling Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and litigate EPLI cases from inception to resolution.
Provide high-quality legal representation to our outstanding clients.
Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience.
Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
