They are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join the team! If you possess 1+ years of experience and are passionate about helping families build new lives in the United States, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices
- Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s
- Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have;
- Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar.
- At least two years practicing exclusively within U.S. family based immigrant visas laws
- Excellent written/verbal skills
- Spanish speaking is a plus

Compensation:
- Base: $90k - $100k
- Bonus: Monthly commission & annual performance bonus (up to $25k)
