Remote Immigration Attorney
Compensation: $85,000-90,000 + Commission + Bonus
We have exclusively partnered with a prestigious Immigration Firm with offices across Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida looking to bring on a 100% Remote Immigration Attorney.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential new clients
- Coordinate case and legal strategy
- Prepare and revise court documents
- Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law
- Market the law firm's services
- Handle court hearings and trials
- Become an expert on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, etc.
Qualifications:
- Active Bar License in Good Standing
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Work one Saturday a month with the potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those days
