Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on labor and employment law issues, including but not limited to workplace policies, employee rights, and compliance with federal and state laws.
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation related to employment disputes.
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law to ensure clients receive the best possible advise.
- Represent clients in employment litigation cases in state and federal courts.
Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of labor and employment experience
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Active license to practice law
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
