A highly ambitious client is seeking a dedicated Labor & Employment Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in a wide range of employment issues, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Candidates have the opportunity to work with two highly motivated attorneys in the New York/Princeton area who are known for their leadership and Labor & Employment expertise in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation processes, including drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions.
- Take and defend depositions, and conduct administrative hearings.
- Draft workplace policies and provide strategic advice to employers.
- Conduct employee training sessions on relevant labor and employment topics.
- Offer day-to-day counsel to clients on various employment matters.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong litigation experience, with proven ability in drafting and discovery.
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and research skills.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
