We are a leading and innovative law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for our Minneapolis office with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background along with an understanding of multiple facets within Labor & Employment.
Responsibilities:
* Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters.
* Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour laws, and employee benefits.
* Manage all phases of litigation - discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial.
* Assist in cases involving non-compete clauses and trade secret issues.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in Labor & Employment
* Admission to the Minnesota Bar
* Strong litigation experience
* Excellent academic credentials
* Proficiency in drafting legal documents and motions
