Title: Labor and Employment Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization is a variety of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination claims, and wage and hour disputes.
- Assist with all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Provide legal guidance and strategic advice on complex labor and employment issues.
Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida bar
- 2-6 years of experience in labor and employment law
