A highly regarded client is actively seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of experience. Ideal candidates will have a comprehensive background in handling various employment issues, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation: Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions. Experience in taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is highly desirable.
- Advisory: Drafting workplace policies, conducting employee training sessions, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent writing, communication, and research skills.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000 annually (based on a full-time schedule).
- Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as qualifications, experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
