Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
- Represent the company in labor and employment disputes.
- Provide training to employees and management on labor and employment issues.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
