A prominent client is seeking a mid-level to senior attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Philadelphia. This role involves representing clients in employment litigation and handling administrative agency matters.
- Experience: At least three years of employment litigation experience
- Requirements: Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
- Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes
- Handling administrative agency matters before bodies such as the EEOC and state human rights commissions
- Advising clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Conducting workplace investigations and providing counsel on employee relations issues
- Drafting and reviewing employment-related documents, including policies, handbooks, and contracts
- Assisting with labor relations matters, including collective bargaining and grievance arbitration
- Providing training to clients on employment law topics and best practices
- Work Environment: Hybrid position (two to three days in the office)
