Our client, one of the most widely known and respected labor and employment firms, is looking to hire a Labor & Employment attorney with a minimum of 8 years of experience in employment litigation. This position is full-time, work-from-home with great benefits and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Individuals will work exclusively with EPLI cases.
- Working with agencies to fulfill information requests.
- Handling position statements.
- Running settlement negotiations and remote mediation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years' of employment litigation experience.
- Juris Doctor from reputable Law School.
- Experience at a top law Firm.
- Bar certification in New York, Massachusetts, or California.
