Labor Relations Attorney (California)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor Relations Attorney on a permanent basis, located in one of our main California offices. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level to senior Labor Attorney with 6+ years of labor law experience to join a dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns
- Advising clients on labor relations matters
- Maintaining extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel
- Taking on a high-level role within a sophisticated labor and employment law practice
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the U.S. location where you are based
- A minimum of 6 years of labor law experience, with a strong focus on labor relations
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to contribute to a respectful and collegial office environment
- Outstanding academic record preferred
