Legal Counsel - 6-months contract
My client is a leading and growing Oil and Gas Firm and we are recruiting for a Legal Counsel to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all legal related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders in the market. This is a 6 months contract role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft legal documents across general commercial contracts, HR, employment, IP/privacy financing, etc.
- Providing full legal support and rendering legal advice and handling of legal agreements in respect of a broad spectrum of matters
- Liaising with external counsels where necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent law qualification is preferred
- 4-5 years of relevant law firm experience / in-house experience
- Strong experience in handling volume general legal contacts
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous
