We are currently partnered with a Fully Remote Boutique Securities firm seeking a Paralegal to join the team!
This position will play a crucial role in supporting the organization and its clients and offers the opportunity to advance within the firm more broadly. This role will work in an exciting, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and will help shape and support our firm's continued growth.
Duties and requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with drafting, preparing, reviewing and filing of Form ADV and other SEC required filings.
- Manage the organization, preparation and production of documents for clients' SEC examinations.
- Oversee and administer anti-money laundering review on behalf of clients.
- Lead new client onboardings and related internal operational processes.
- Support ongoing projects and deliverables both internally and externally, including any follow-up communications as needed.
- Monitor and analyze emerging regulatory developments and rulemakings that impact the organization and its clients.
