This rolewill support the Legal team on on a wide range of legal and business matters, including real estate, business contracts, litigation management, compliance, employee relations, 401k administration, and more.

For over 30 years, this client has provided quality dental and orthodontic care to children and adults in Southern California. Since 2022, under private equity ownership, they have focused on growth and excellence in both performance and operations.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate leases, litigation management, contract review and administration, legal compliance, and employee relations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the organization's legal department and dental practices.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
- Assist with employee relations matters in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
- Manage insurance coverages and claims submissions.
- Prepare and file documents with regulatory bodies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Oversee corporate governance, including maintaining records and preparing board resolutions.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and compliance issues.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Provide training and guidance on legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
- Minimum of three years of paralegal experience in a law firm or private company.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy and integrity.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
