A rapidly growing company in the Qualified Settlements Funds space is looking to expand their Project Management function by hiring a Project Director. This company is responsible for the distribution of billions of dollars to mass torts and class action lawsuits claimants, and this role would be responsible for managing a team of individuals dedicated to the entire QSF process. You will be part of an award-winning management team that puts both internal culture and external customer service at the forefront of their mission to positively impact settlement administration to all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the settlement distribution process from inception to completion
- Be the direct point of contact for mass tort and class action claimants and law firm clients
- Educate clients on mass tort legal process
- Oversee the administration and implementation of policies and procedures to help better streamline QSF process
- Manage a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and support staff
Requirements:
- QSF experience is necessary (8+ years ideally)
- Experience with mass tort and class action lawsuit settlement fund administration
- Detail-oriented and process driven
- Enthusiasm surrounding a collaborative work environment
- Desire to make a difference. You are responsible for getting claimants the funds they are deserved
