Our Client is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals in need. With services including hospice, home health, EPIC, PACE, and palliative care, they have become the largest nonprofit hospice and home care-based health care organization in the U.S. committed to delivering exceptional care.
We are looking to help expand their legal team including another Contracts Specialist who can aid in the development and implementation of their new AI-enabled CLM system. This role will work directly with the Associate General Counsel to provide legal and contract support to the group and its subsidiaries, managing the contract database and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the contract database.
- Communicate with departments about contract information.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
- Proofread and fact-check legal documents.
- Coordinate user access and prepare reports.
- Improve contracting processes and templates.
- Manage Business Associate Agreements.
- Support contract renewals and legal reviews.
- Analyze contract terms for compliance.
- Assist with audits and due diligence projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Contract Management software.
