We have exclusively partnered with an AM 100 global law firm looking to hire a completely remote Labor & Employment Attorney handling EPLI cases exclusively. Reduced billables of 1750 hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Employment Law
- Direct experience responding to EPLI charges
- Juris Doctor from reputable Law School
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients and managing EPLI-related cases from inception to resolution
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation related to employment practices liability claims
- Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings and/or mediations.
