We are partnered with a very reputable client within the Labor & Employment space. They are seeking an Employment Counsel to play a pivotal role in the employment litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment litigation and a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. This position will have the ability to sit fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of employment litigation cases on the defense side.
- Defend against a variety of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State bar.
- 3+ years of experience in employment litigation.
- Experience handling Employment Practice Liability Insurance cases (EPLI) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation matters.
