You will play a key role in handling employment law cases, helping sophisticated clients with nuanced legal issues. The REMOTE Employment Counsel Responsibilities:
- Representing client interests in all stages of the litigation process.
- Provide guidance to clients to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Draft legal documents and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure strategies remain current.
The REMOTE Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
- Law firm experience required.
