A Leading Alternative Investment Advisor that has provided excellence to clients for more than 30 years. Handling $50+ Billion across a variety of asset classes is seeking to a dynamic attorney to report directly to the General Counsel of the Group.
Position Overview: The attorney will offer legal assistance for the team's comprehensive investment portfolio, as well as for the various service providers and portfolio companies that support these efforts. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate closely with the investment management team to design, execute, and oversee its investment programs.
Requirements:
Offer legal counsel, review, drafting, and negotiation for documents such as:
- Asset-backed securitization transactions
- Structured bilateral facilities
- Loan purchase and sale agreements
Qualifications:
- JD from a Top Law School
- 2+ years of experience with direct experience in securitization (REPO experience preferred)
- Desire to join a growing team
- Dynamic individual with an ability to adapt to fast paced environments
