What You'll Do:
- Counsel employers on day-to-day employment issues, including ADA, FMLA, and other employment law matters
- Draft, review, and update employment policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Advise on and draft employment contracts, employee handbooks, and other workplace documents
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide management and employee training on employment law issues
- Stay informed on developments in employment law and provide guidance to clients on mitigating legal risks and ensuring compliance
What We're Looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in employment litigation.
- Advice and Counsel experience.
- Must be admitted to practice law in CA.
