We are seeking a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join our Commercial Litigation Group in the Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple matters, managing day-to-day client interactions, and overseeing case management. This position requires substantial experience in the following areas:
- Researching complex legal issues
- Drafting legal memoranda and motions
- Appearing and arguing before the court
- Drafting and responding to written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions in business and commercial litigation matters
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment necessary to become a partner at the firm. A background in complex commercial litigation is required.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- 6-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong case management abilities and leadership experience
- Ability to handle a range of business and commercial litigation matters
