We are seeking a dynamic Senior/Special Counsel to join our clients elite Labor & Employment team, handling Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases exclusively. This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while engaging in high-stakes litigation with top-tier Fortune 500 clients. My client allows opportunities for both an Alternative and Partner track depending on what you are looking for! In this role you will be working alongside the Top Labor & Employment Partners in the industry while growing in a position that values work life balance with a billable hour requirement close to 1750.
What You'll Do:
- Take charge of complex EPLI cases, leveraging your 8+ years of experience to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with a nationally recognized team of legal experts.
- Utilize your excellent written and oral communication skills to advocate for clients.
Location Flexibility: This can be a fully remote position, if you are based out of the following states:

Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $255,000, based on experience and education.
