Senior Immigration Attorney
A well-established law firm is seeking a senior attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience for its Immigration business unit. This position may be located in any of the following offices: Collin County, Detroit, Pittsburgh, or Washington D.C and operates on a reduced billable structure.
Ideal candidates will have:
Employment-based immigration experience including H-1Bs, L's, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, O-1s.
A willingness to work on all types of immigration matters.
Experience advising clients directly on a multitude of immigration matters.
Ability to assist clients with the preparation of petitions and applications for submission to the government.
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
High-level attention to detail.
Strong academic credentials.
Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Licensed attorney in good standing.
Compensation:
Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule.
Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
