Job Summary:
- Provide expert legal services and strategic advice, including drafting and negotiating financing, investment, commercial, M&A, and other corporate contracts and agreements.
- Prepare public company securities filings (1933 Act and 1934 Act) and oversee public company and subsidiary governance.
- Demonstrate a proactive, service-oriented attitude while serving clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in securities and transactional work.
