Job Description: An established client is seeking a Senior Attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in commercial and insurance defense litigation to join their team in Philadelphia
Key Responsibilities:
- Substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience.
- Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with discovery software is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic credentials.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Solid work ethic.
- Currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $175,000-$215,000 annually (based on a full-time work schedule).
- Actual compensation influenced by various factors including qualifications, experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
