Our Client is a world-renowned Biopharmaceutical Company with an innovative pipeline of commercial products covering a wide range of therapeutic areas. As the Company continues to expand and develop commercial products, the Legal Team is seeking to add a legal expert in product commercialization and patient access.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on market access strategies and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support market access initiatives and ensure compliance with 340B program requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to market access and 340B.
- Work with Business Leaders and cross-functional teams on issues relating to federal and state price reporting.
- Provide guidance on issues pertaining to state and federal Fraud and Abuse laws.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare focused on commercial contracting and regulations.
- Experience with Market Access, 340B programs, government pricing requirements.
