We have partnered with a growing Health Plan headquartered in California on a unique Senior Paralegal search! This is a newly created seat that will support the team's growth from a Start Up into a Mid-Sized organization. Partnering directly with the General Counsel, you will help with advisory on Medicare Advantage plans as well as general contractual matters.
Qualified Candidates will have:
- 5-8 Years of Experience working with medicaid advantage
- Skilled in Fraud and Abuse, AKS, Stark, HIPAA
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
- Ability to work independently and support a growing team
