This role is full-time (5 days) on site in Massachusetts; location is 45 minutes west of Boston
We are partnered on a Senior Product Counsel search with a public tech company. This role will join an established legal team and company to support all legal matters related to product and privacy.
This is an Individual Contributor role that will work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and priavcy teams across the business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead legal advisor for product and engineering teams from early stage of development through GTM strategy
- Support open-source legal matters
- Advise on Privacy related compliance, also includes IP and AI support
The Ideal Candidate:
- 7years of legal experience (ideally a mix of law firm and in-house within tech (sofwtare) industry)
- JD required
- Must be willing to be in office full time
