Summary:
We are currently partnered with a Global Software Company in the Greater Boston area, with a presense in the tech industry for over 2 decades. Their product serves over 6 million users and the company is consistently recognized for their outstanding culture and work model.
They are looking to add a Senior Legal Counsel to the team. This person will be an integral part of the business and help scale the company commercially.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions including: SaaS, Consulting, DPAs, Professional Service, MSAs
- Knowledgable on Data Privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, & CPRA
- Ability to work cross-functionally and counsel teams on applicable laws and compliance
- Familiar with AI Compliance and ability to create and mantain company wide AI policies
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of commercial transactional experience
- JD from Accredited Law School
- Bar Admission in good standing
