One of the fastest growing Real Estate Private Equity Firms is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal hire that will be working closely with legal leadership on day-to-day real estate transactional matters. In this role, the Real Estate Paralegal will assist with all phases of the deal cycle and closely assist with entity formation, qualifications, reinstatements, document preparation and management, title and survey, due diligence, and the deal-closing process. This position will be joining a dymanic legal team in Midtown Manhattan on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Review title, survey, and title commitments and respond to title and survey comments from counterparties
- Drive the deal process through due diligence
- Work with vendors to order various due diligence certificates and searches
- Organize and track transaction activities
- Assist with all closing and post-closing matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Corporate Real Estate experience
- Ability to work and operate independently with minimal supervision
- Stong organizational skills
