Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Transportation Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation law and litigation, excellent research and analytical skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients.
Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in transportation-related legal disputes, including court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to clients on transportation regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
Litigation Associate Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 2-10 years of experience in transportation litigation or related legal field.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
