An innovative and booming Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a driven, collaborative, and energetic Brand Counsel to join their legal team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Company through product launches and advise on a range of commercial activities including ad/promo, sale and distributional matters, and patient access. This individual will be a crucial member of the legal team and have a great impact on the growth of the Company.
The Commercial Counsel will be responsible for:
- Supporting products while advising on promotional and non-promotional activities across the organization.
- Providing in-depth counsel on a wide range of regulatory and complaince issues including FDA regulations, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback, OIG Guidance, and PhRMA Code.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial and Market Access agreements.
The Commercial Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) with 5+ years of commercial legal experience in the Life Sciences .
- A member and in good standing of any state bar.
- Significant FDA regulatory and product management experience.
- In depth experience advising on Pharmaceutical Laws and Regulations within the Life Sciences industry.
- Promotional Review Committee Experience.
