The ideal candidate will have expertise in secured lending, servicing, investments, and capital markets transactions. This role will involve providing legal guidance on transaction structures, drafting and negotiating documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice on complex finance transactions related to secured lending, servicing,
and investment activities.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional documents to support commercial
activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate legal risks in transactions.
* Conduct due diligence and assist in the preparation of legal materials for transactions.
* Stay informed on industry trends and changes in laws affecting finance and agriculture.
* Represent the company in discussions with external parties, including lenders and
investors.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex finance transactions, with a focus on secured
lending and capital markets.
