We are currently working with a leading insurance firm seeking a Compliance Analyst to support its regulatory compliance programs. This role involves handling regulatory filings, managing compliance training, and conducting regulatory research while serving as a compliance resource across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit insurance forms, marketing materials, and rate filings to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, providing impact assessments and recommendations.
- Investigate and resolve consumer complaints, ensuring timely responses and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and manage compliance-related forms.
- Develop, implement, and manage mandatory compliance training programs.
- Assist with annual regulatory filings, internal reviews, and audits.
- Maintain compliance documentation and support cross-functional teams with regulatory guidance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 2-4 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations, including form and rate filings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance software (e.g., SERFF, FilingRamp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
